Project Administrator

Key Responsibilities : Coordinate and oversee MPS hardware and software rollout projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards Use Smartsheet for project management, monitor progress, and address any constraints or risks Maintain proactive communication with clients, manage client records, and ensure service excellence Support sales teams in promoting and selling consumables, hardware, software, and consulting services Ensure 100% data integrity for MPS clients, including device tracking, billing management, and monthly reporting Manage billing processes for assessments, consulting fees, software licensing, and support calls Prepare and deliver weekly reports on tech performance, support calls, and project progress Behavioural Competencies : Strong consultative and analytical skills Excellent organizational and task management abilities Superior presentation and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively Please note: Only Shortlisted candidates will be contacted, if you do not hear back from us within the next 2 weeks, please kindly consider your application as unsuccessful.
