We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Administrator / Coordinator with a passion for streamlining processes and ensuring seamless project delivery. Skilled in coordinating multiple project facets, from scheduling and resource allocation to documentation and stakeholder communication. A proactive problem-solver with a knack for anticipating project needs, managing budgets, and ensuring all deadlines are met.What you'll do:We are implementing a new MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) System Replacement Project to kick-off 13 January.It is a complex project with multiple stakeholders.The project will change the way in which hundreds of employees do their daily work. The change will be immense and there will be resistance and change fatigue.For this project, we have an in-house Project Manager and we're looking for a Project Administrator / Coordinator to support the Project Manager during this complex project.The expectations of the Project Administrator / Coordinator are as follows:Setup and attend all MRO project sessions.Record minutes for each session.Communicate minutes of each session to stakeholders post session.Maintain project documentation and support the Project Manager with setting up project-related artifacts.Ensure workshop rooms are set up before sessions commence.Ensure catering is ordered timeously for external vendors.Provide project updates when the Project Manager is unavailable to do so.Obtain sign-offs on key decisions from relevant stakeholders when required.Assist with presentation creation and updates to project presentations.Maintain decision logs, action logs, and risk logs.Support the Project Manager in executing the project plan.Other information applicable to the opportunity:Contract Position - 18 to 24 monthsLocation: Johannesburg (Kempton Park)Work environment: OnsiteWhy work for us?Want to work for an organization that solves complex real-world problems with innovative software solutions?
