JOB TITLE: Programme ManagerJOB SUMMARY:Responsible for the managing, delivering, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the WCGDoI programme.TASK DESCRIPTION1. PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT FOR THE CLIENT/WCGDoI MANAGEMENT PROGRAMMEManaging the projects allocated, including but not limited to the following:· Ensuring adherence with cashflow and programme.· Drafting and reviewing of cashflow and programme.· Liaising with WCGDoI QS Department, meeting the deadlines set out by WCGDoI, drive programme and cashflow for the Management Programme.· Managing the Management Programme's cashflow.· Meeting deadlines.· Keeping the server up to date at all times.· Ensuring that all documentation is filed correctly.· Managing procurement.· Managing consultant's appointments and performance.· Managing contractor's appointments and performance.· Complying with all processes and protocols.· Management of Contracts, including JBCC and NEC.· Checking invoices and their correctness.· Professional reviews on Stage QS Reports.· Reviews of Final Accounts, Tender Documents, contractor's invoice packs, Payment Certificates and any other required documentation.· Being a member of the Bid Evaluation Committee.· Reviews of invoices.· Review of appointments, additional fees, and any other related matters.· Making sure Auditor General audits are successfully completed.DELIVERABLESNeeds to be accurate, precise, and correct.Completed according to timelines.1. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED· Degree in Quantity Surveying and PrQS professional registration.6. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED· Experience in professional consulting QS firms.· Experience in contracts (JBCC and NEC) administration and financial administration.· Experience in Project/Programme Management is a bonus.· Minimum experience: 8 years
