Duties and Responsibilities: Project Management: Plan and oversee landscape installation projects & manage performance productivity for budget & deadlines achievementContracts: Negotiate and manage contracts within specified agreement termsRelationships: Manage productive relationships with professional landscape Architects & Designers, Contractors, Suppliers, Service providers and CustomersQuality: Meet Customer expectations & monitor work quality for process and behavioural standards achievementUpsell: Identify & negotiate upselling opportunities that enable sales and profit target achievementsSite Work: Ensure cost effective rostering & travel for site supervisors & labour & manage efficient rollout of installationsServices: Coordinate outside services including, suppliers, sub-contractors, service providers, consultants as necessarySite Inspections: Inspect work-in-progress to identify & resolve issuesIndustrial Relations: Attend Discipline; Grievances; Appraisals & Counselling servicesRecruitment: Participate in interview, selection, hiring, evaluation, training and up-skilling of staffMotivation: Assist in motivating performance achievementsSafety & Security: Oversee Incident recording & reporting for resolution & ensure health & safety procedures are complied withMinimum Requirements: Tertiary Qualifications:
A recognised Project Manager qualification aligned with Civil Construction, Building, Property development or Agricultural industriesWork Based Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years Project Management experience in the field of construction managementBudgeting and contract administration experienceWell-versed in commercial contract administration (JBCC, GCC or NEC)Understanding how to set and deliver Quality Customer Services and manage Client expectations and relationshipsHigh levels of confidence and the ability to represent the business interests at professional and senior management levelsI.T. and Computer Literacy:
