JOB DESCRIPTION: Organize a specific division in their busy Production according to demand and quality standards.
You will be the one to ensure that orders are branded in time for distribution as well as all other aspects of management and time-management of the specific branding division.
An excellent production supervisor is well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them.
They are organized and results-driven with great problem-solving skills.
Advanced communication and computer skills are very useful for the role as well as knowledge and experience in how to manage a team and ensure optimal team performance and satisfaction.
The goal is to ensure the smooth and time-efficient flow of the production operations.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple printing departments Plan and prioritize internal operations involving your department to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay Determine manpower, timeframes as well as supporting functions within other internal departments, to cover production demand Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations Schedule shifts according to production needs Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption Obtain output information (number of finished products, timeframe to completion as well as any additional valuable information regarding this, so you have forecasting experience for future.)
