Production Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:Qualification in production management or Industrial Engineering.Minimum 3 years experience within a Supervisory role.Minimum 5 years experience within an Automotive Manufacturing environment.Knowledge of vehicle part or vehicle modification parts.Responsibilities:Managing and coordinating the activities of the production team to achieve production goals in compliance within quality standards, safety regulations and company policies.Lead, manage and supervise production staff, including operators.Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure that the production schedules are met.Create a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely completion of production goals.Monitor production metrics such as output, quality and efficiency and take corrective actions as needed.Implement and maintain production processes, ensuring they meet the industry standards and company requirements.Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure machinery and equipment are in good working conditions.Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.Conduct regular safety audits and address ay potential hazards.Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma projects.Prepare and maintain production reports.Document any issues or deviations from standard procedures and implement corrective actions.
