TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Production Supervisor within Constantia Fertilizer at Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal.

Responsibilities and Duties
Daily production requirements
Production inputs into PLC and documents
Ongoing quality checks of daily production
Ongoing checks of bag weights on a daily basis and record keeping thereof
Receiving bulk raw materials, offloading of trucks into correct bays
Stacking of raw materials to maximize bulk bay capacities
Quality checks of all raw materials received and keeping record thereof
Daily stock count of all floor stock
Controlling and supervising of labor for production requirements
Daily quality/quantity checks of all products manufactured
General housekeeping of the facility
Labour's time keeping and daily clocking
Assist with maintenance and breakdowns of equipment when needed
Managing plant vehicles

Qualifications and Skills
Grade 12
Sound managerial skills
3-5 years in a production or similar environment
Good communication skills
Own transport
Computer literate
Knowledge of fertilizer blending and bagging
Be able to work extended hours on short notice
Disciplined, multi-skilled, accurate to detail, task driven, and performance orientated
Knowledge of Bagtek and Ricelake PLC (advantageous)
Work and maintain high standards on a continuous basis
