Warranty & Claims Administrator #Evolve

An experienced Warranty, Repairs and Maintenance Administrator is needed to join a commercial vehicle workshop as a critical member of their team.
**Must have a Matric and a minimum of 5 years warranty/costing experience.
Preference will be show to candidates who have experience with Evolve.
Daily duties include: Receive & checking of units to be repaired (External & Internal Customers) Establish authorization for extra work pertaining to Maintenance and Warranty Ensure all VOR logs are maintained Opening of Warranty control documents and ensuring Warranty/R&M claims are processed within the required time frame as per CNH requirements Reporting productivity/quality problems immediately and ensuring correct loading of workshop hours Ensure all Warranty parts are retained in accordance with the Warranty Policy Inventory in warranty store to be controlled Based in Pinetown.
