Qualifications: Matric Requirements: Minimum 5 years working experience in a galvanizing and steel manufacturing environment managing various teams Prepared to work 4x shift system Own reliable transportation Duties: Supervising 25 plant employees Oversee running of production for shift Weight Bridge control Supervising Dispatch & Receiving Pre-inspection of goods before galvanizing Shift production and dispatch plan Updating / monitoring records of shift production Monitoring of all work in progress activities Ensuring health safety of employees Maintaining discipline of employees Maintain quality register Monthly / weekly stock takes
