Production Supervisor (Electrical)

Our client provides electrical services and solutions within the industrial sector including electrical contracting and energy solutions.The ideal candidate will have the leadership skills to manage teams effectively, the technical knowledge to handle battery management systems, and the interpersonal skills to liaise with both clients and team members.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise production teams to ensure high-quality output and efficient workflow.Oversee production processes and implement quality control measures.Manage and troubleshoot battery management systems and solutions.Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.Foster a positive and energetic work environment.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.Innovate and improve production processes for better efficiency and quality.Ability to deal both with team members as well as clients in a professional mannerAttend call outs and client concerns at sitesOngoing innovation and improvement AttributesStrong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.High level of responsibility and accountability for team performance.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Energetic, friendly, and innovative mindset.Willingness to learn and grow within the company.Requirements:Minimum MatricTertiary education in electrical related fieldDrivers License and own vehicle non-negotiableExperience within a production or manufacturing environment.Technical knowledge of battery management systems and electrical solutions highly advantageousStandard working hours but Overtime may be required from time to timeRemunerationR20 000 - R25 000 (Depending on Experience)***Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted***
