Production Supervisor (Agrochemical Manufacturing)

The Role: As a Production Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our manufacturing floor, ensuring that every aspect of production runs seamlessly. Your role is crucial in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily operations to meet and exceed production goals. Key Responsibilities: Master Scheduler: Oversee the daily production schedule, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Quality Guardian: Monitor and enhance product quality while performing routine equipment checks and managing inventory. Safety Champion: Lead the first-response team, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Mentor & Leader: Optimize personnel deployment, mentor assistant supervisors, and maintain meticulous time and attendance records. Discipline Enforcer: Uphold and document facility rules for all employees. What We're Looking For: Proven Expertise: 3 years in a similar role with a strong manufacturing and technical background. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire your team. Tech-Savvy: Strong math skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a knack for using computer systems effectively. Communication Pro: Excellent English and Afrikaans communication skills, both written and oral. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Licensing: A valid Code B or C drivers license and the ability to use your discretion wisely.
