Production Planner / Quality Controller

Minimum Requirements Matric Formal Degree / Diploma in food technology Valid Drivers License Candidate must live in reasonable distance of company location Managing 30 factory staff 3 5 years experience in a similar role Forecasting and Demand Planning Establishing clear standards and specifications that products or services must meet Regularly inspecting and testing products at various stages of production to identify defects or deviations from the standards Continuously monitoring production processes to ensure they are operating within the defined parameters Collecting and analyzing data related to product quality Keeping detailed records of quality control activities, including inspection results, defect reports, and corrective actions taken Fostering a culture of continuous improvement where feedback and lessons learned are used to enhance quality control processes and overall product quality Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products Identify areas for improvement in the production process to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality Maintain accurate records and reports related to production schedules, inventory levels, and other key metrics Ensure that production processes adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and industry regulations
