Job Description:Oversee all aspects of packhouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high productivity.Manage daily floor activities, including staffing, scheduling, and training of packhouse employees.Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure product excellence.Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain and logistics.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the packhouse environment.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
