Production Manager

Minimum Requirements Matric & relevant tertiary Diploma in Production advantageous 4 - 6 years' management experience within a furniture manufacturing environment Good understanding of production analysis and flow Sewing experience/knowledge essential Proficient on MS Office Suite Responsibilities Reach hourly and daily production targets in normal time with minimal or zero overtime Production according to a program and maintain quality standards Manage wages and expenses Control all stock take processes Safeguard factory assets Manage, lead and control a team Train staff in required standard Performance management of employees Inter-departmental liaison (as well as internal and external Retail Partners) IR/HR Responsibility including but not limited to discipline, wages etc.
