Qualifications and Experience:BSc or BEng in Mechatronic, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, with 5-8 years' experience in a similar positionArtisan (red seal in Mechanical or Electrical) with 10-15 years' experience in a similar position and industry.GCC will be advantageousComputer literate with experience in Excel, Syspro, and MS Office packagesExperience with the development of planned maintenance programs with a focus on reducing equipment downtimeExperience in operating boiler plant and equipmentStrong maintenance experienceSolid experience managing staff and dealing with clients on siteSolid experience implementing systems and managing systemsKey Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain energy management systems (PM, SHERQ, PER, ISO)Oversee and be responsible for all energy management sitesEnsure uninterrupted energy supply as per the agreed contract with the customerEnsure safe and efficient operations of all sitesMaintain good customer relationshipsManage, control, and report on all costs associated with the generation of steam and the departmentReport and resolve all deviations from the contract requirementsReporting and attending monthly meetingsManage and review staff performanceIdentify staff training needs and implement training programsOversee equipment maintenance and develop a planned maintenance programDevelop and promote safe work practicesSkills and Abilities:Engineering interest, focusing on plant and equipment reliability and efficienciesProject managementGood report writing skillsImplement management standards and auditsStrong leader with excellent communication skillsResource planning abilitiesGoal and deadline drivenCustomer-oriented approachEmail your CV to ******
