Production Manager

Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related Minimum of 10 years experience Minimum of 5 years managing a team Sound knowledge and understanding of production processes Responsibilities: Ensuring that the products manufactured meet the required quality standards Oversee the design team through the new product development process Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory Manage production process to achieve targets Managing and leading the team of employees in the factory Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures
