DescriptionHire Resolve's client, a reputable mining company based in the Northern Cape, is currently seeking a Production Fleet Systems Superintendent to join their mining team.ResponsibilitiesEnsure optimal utilization of the production fleet, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.Develop and implement fleet management strategies and procedures to optimize efficiencies.Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production planning and fleet optimization.Lead and develop a team of fleet maintenance technicians.Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Mining Engineering/Geology/Mine Surveying.Supervisory Certificate.5 years' experience in production management/fleet management systems.Practical experience with SQL, Visual Basic, or a similar coding language.2 years' operational experience with ERP systems, including a background in data structures.Experience in a supervisory or project management role, such as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Project Leader.Benefits:Salary: Negotiable.Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable).Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
