This is a unique role for someone looking to shift away from a purely hands-on environment into a position with a mix of office-based responsibilities and technical involvement.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities, including:Acting as the key contact for dealers, ensuring they're informed about product updates and technical bulletins.Conducting dealer audits and site visits, including workshops and warranty evaluations.Delivering technical training and ongoing support for both systems and products.Monitoring and managing warranty costs to stay within budget.Overseeing warranty inventory and coordinating rework for key components like engines and gearboxes.Enhancing operational efficiency through strategic initiatives.Keeping digital platforms and portals accurate and up to date.Traveling frequently for on-site visits and dealer support, both locally and internationally.Providing actionable insights from the field to improve assembly and repair processes.Who You AreThe ideal candidate will bring the following skills and attributes:Flexible and eager to travel on short notice, including cross-border and international trips.Holds or is willing to obtain a valid passport promptly.A code 14 driver's license with PDP is a plus, but not essential—support can be provided for acquiring this.Qualified Diesel Mechanic Trade Test is essential.
