Product Manager – Reference Aepm

We are looking for a commercially minded Product Manager / Head of Product who has a passion for products and customers.
Main Job FunctionOversee product departmentResponsible for driving strategy and innovationManage a team of product developers, assistants, and commercial analystsManage and develop menu, prices, recipes, formulations, process, and equipment innovationsEnsure product management – QSR including commercial successDrive resultsResearch and identify trends and products to support brand growth and customer retentionProvide product training for team membersMaintain stakeholder relationshipsQualificationsCompleted Degree / Diploma
Experience/CriteriaMust have 5 years of experience in a Product Management roleQSR industry experience is essentialExperience in strategic forward-thinking and product innovationExperience in new product and existing product developmentStrong commercial acumenSolid understanding of costingTeam management experienceDriven and results-focusedStrong communication, presentation, and reporting skillsA Consultant will be in touch if you are shortlisted for the position.
