Job Description This role contributes in the design and development and maintenance of innovative product offerings; and contributes to the management, maintenance, innovation and enhancement of existing products through its life cycle. Incumbent works at an individual level and within a team and is individually accountable for the routine application and delivery of work up to 3 months in time span, where outputs, tasks and timelines are clearly specified.
This role utilizes expert Retail Affluent product and process knowledge to provide solutions to complex problems and requests outside of the standard product rules.

Product ManagementReceives, sorts, allocates, investigates and responds to requests/queries relating to special quotes, changes, waivers and error corrections. Makes required systems/process changes.
