Product Quality & Procedural Trainer

MAIN JOB PURPOSE: RESPONSIBLE FOR TRAINING EMPLOYEES ON QUALITY STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES TO ENSURE THAT PRODUCTS MEET THE REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS AND CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS IN A PLASTICS MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT

AREA: EPPING, WESTERN CAPE

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance principles, tools, and techniques.
- Understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production environments.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate training programs.
- Capacity to evaluate the effectiveness of training and make necessary adjustments.
- Skill in motivating and engaging employees to adhere to quality standards.

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Grade 12
- Background in Plastic Injection Moulding
- Sound knowledge of Quality principles
- Quality decision-making
- Numeracy skills
- Communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Adaptable and open to continuous learning and improvement.
