Product Manager

Job ResponsibilitiesDefine the product strategy and roadmapFacilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation with prioritized features and corresponding justificationCreate buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partnersTranslate product strategy and customer insights into detailed requirements and prototypesScope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impactWork closely with the development team to support technical workflow – including being hands-on with tech task definition, estimation, testing and acceptance criteriaGain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growthDevelop product pricing and positioning strategiesWork closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resourcesDrive product launches including working with marketing team, executives, and other team membersDefine and manage product metrics and KPI'sSkills and ExperienceProven work experience and success in product management and delivery.Track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.Proven ability to develop a product strategy and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.Proven ability to work effectively in small teams and start-up environments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Agile project management or equivalent qualification.Experience using and managing Jira as an organisation space would be helpful.A plus, but not required: A technical degree from a university or experience in software engineering.Experience in the proptech sector, GIS is desirable.TypeFull-timeExperience LevelMid / SeniorRemunerationCommensurate with experience
