Your Name Recipient's Name Recipient's Email Address Message A client is urgently looking for a phenomenal candidate to fill their recently vacated Senior Product Manager – Lending & Collections role for a 6 months period, to manage and execute the strategy for lending and collections products and ensure that the end-to-end value chain is functioning optimally by designing (including new products), developing, managing, and monitoring the performance of and Lending and Collections products in support of the Banking products strategy. Job & Company Description:This role integrates and synchronizes Collections automation, data Sciences and analytics to strategise, plan and implement debt collections products. Gathering debt collection processes engineering and product insights to enable you to oversee product development and evaluate the impact of these initiatives.The key responsibilities for this role will include:Product management - Successful design, development and build of existing and new products.Enable the vision and strategy for the lending and debt collections- Collaborate with business stakeholders and enablement teams to scope projects, identify opportunities and trade-offs, and prioritise the implementation of debt collection digitisation and products.Effective Stakeholder management- engage stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to objectives and ensure continuous alignment through to deployment.Measuring the effectiveness of implemented initiatives- identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancement of existing processes and maintenance thereof.Product portfolio management - Delivery on key financial performance indicators, i.e. growth in the customer base; margin management across portfolio; product revenues (net interest and non-interest income); optimised product costs; optimisation of economic profit; growth of new customers and penetration into existing customer base.As you will be required to hit the ground running extensive experience is essential.The requirements:Qualification:Relevant degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Commerce fieldsPost Graduate qualification would be advantageous.Experience:At least 8 years' experience in financial servicesAt least 5 years Product Manager experience working within banking product management or product development with specialist Lending & Collections knowledge and experience.Skills Required:Good working knowledge of banking applications, including collection processes.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly ****** .
