Hire Resolve is searching for a talented and innovative Product Development Manager to join our esteemed client's team in the Manufacturing industry.
As a Product Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development of new products from concept to market, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with business goals.
Responsibilities Lead the product development process from ideation through to product launch.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and production teams to define product specifications and requirements.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new product opportunities.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and on-budget product delivery.
Monitor and evaluate product performance, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to inform the product development strategy.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the manufacturing sector.
Proven track record of successfully launching new products in the market.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels.
