Job Duties:Lead product development projects from concept to launchConduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferencesCollaborate with cross-functional teams ( Marketing, Manufacturing, Sales and Finance) to ensure successful project executionUtilise project design thinking methodologies to drive product innovationManage the full product lifecycle, from idea generation to commercializationOversee manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistencyRequired Qualifications:Degree or Diploma in MarketingDegree or Diploma in Product DesignExperience, Knowledge and Skills:Proven experience in product development and project managementStrong understanding of manufacturing processesAbility to lead cross-functional teams and drive resultsExperience with new product launches in the FMCG industryExcellent communication and presentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:Certification in Project ManagementExperience working in the beverage industryWorking Conditions:Office-based role with occasional travel requiredFast-paced environment with tight deadlinesCollaborative work culture with opportunities for growth and development
