Product Consultant

We are looking for a Product Consultant in Tembisa to ensure product/service exposure, increased sales, and achievement of targets by representing the company and its services to the trade in-store and growing the customer base within the forecourt.As a Product Consultant, you will be responsible for:1. Customer Experience ManagementManage customer vetting and registrationManage rental processGather feedback and suggestions from customers to continuously improve the rental serviceMonitor and manage inventory including the storing, tracking, and maintenance of equipment2. Inventory ManagementMonitor and manage inventory including the;StoringTrackingMaintaining of equipmentCharging devices3. Managing & Ensuring ComplianceStandards & Discipline ManagementBrand Management & Compliance onsiteHSSE complianceNon-Compliance EscalationReporting and KPI's4. Delivery of Quality Reporting & InsightsFeedback on what is working and what is not workingRed flag escalations of issues encountered on the sitesSpeedy response to resolve issues that are encounteredProvide insights gained from customer interactions5. AdministrationCapture daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on customer interactions and salesIdentify challenges and corrective actionsGather feedback from customer complaints, queries, and requests and ensure resolutionBuild and maintain strong working relationshipsMinimum Qualifications: MatricMinimum Experience: 2-3 years' experience in commission-based sales in a Retail environmentKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Sales and Marketing knowledgeCustomer Service SkillsSelf-managementEffective administration and communication skillsKnowledge and understanding of renewable energyLiteracy – MS Office
