Procurement Officer – Technical Buying Focus

Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in record-keeping and documentation. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards. Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and AS9100 quality standards. Maintain precise procurement records using ERP systems. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth procurement operations. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years experience in procurement, with at least 2-5 years in the manufacturing or automation sectors. Extensive ERP system experience and familiarity with AS9100 standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
