Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities:Source new services and goods, with creative international and local sourcing strategies.Vet suppliers and coordinate onboarding, ensuring alignment with company standards.Influence local and BEE procurement by selecting appropriate suppliers and understanding BEE codes of good practice.Conduct cost and operational analysis to optimize expenditure and record monthly auditable savings.Manage contracts and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with POPIA regulations.Place and expedite purchase orders, reconcile order discrepancies, and resolve invoice/contract queries promptly.Track market trends and conduct research to support informed procurement decisions.Minimum Requirements & Experience:Qualifications: National Diploma in Procurement or Logistics; a Degree is an added advantage.Experience: 3-6 years in a similar role, with a strong understanding of BEE codes, supplier negotiations, and experience with Sage as a plus.How to Apply:If you meet the qualifications and are ready for a rewarding career opportunity, apply directly or contact Pabalelo Morena.
