They also support the Procurement Lead.What will be expected of you?Procurement Strategy:Develop and implement strategies aligned with group objectives.Continuously improve processes for cost and efficiency.Supplier Management:Identify and establish relationships with suppliers.Negotiate contracts for competitive pricing.Monitor supplier performance and manage issues.Inventory Management:Forecast demand and ensure adequate supply.Manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.Implement inventory tracking systems.Compliance and Quality Control:Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.Conduct regular supplier audits for food safety and ethics.Cost Management:Control procurement budgets for cost-effectiveness.Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor the procurement team.Foster continuous improvement and professional development.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare reports on procurement activities and use data analytics for decision-making.Collaboration:Work with operations, finance, and management teams to align procurement with business objectives.Support new restaurant openings with necessary equipment and supplies.Are you qualified?CIPS L 4+Have you done this before?4-6 years in ProcurementDo you have what it takes?Analytical and strategic thinkingStrong decision-making abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to build and maintain relationshipsEthical and compliant with a strong sense of integrityThere is a seat for you at our table.We are committed to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging and will make an appointment in line with these objectives.
