Procurement Coordinator

Administrative support at procurement function.Contact point between head office administration and procurement function.Logistic arrangements for crates to producers as well as the loads from producers to processing plant.Coordination with receipts team on which producers deliver product on which days.Dealing with any procurement issues when product is delivered.Represent procurement by attending daily pop-up meetings.Drafting and updating the procurement plan.Support with registration of new pecan producers.Administrative handling of farmer payments:Purchase contractsPayments listSending procurement data to producers.Qualifications:The ideal candidate should have:
