Procurement Clerk

Key Performance Areas:The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the PPE store and systems, ensuring that all necessary documentation is obtained for invoice approval and payment processing.Ensure the PPE master data and all movements are captured, stock reconciliations are done, and follow up on discrepancies according to H&S Regulations.The successful candidate must continually report on spending and look for opportunities to save on costs.Knowledge and Skills:The ideal candidate should possess matric and/or an equivalent qualification, and a degree qualification in either accounting or procurement/supply chain.Additionally, a minimum of 2 years' experience in a planning or procurement role in an FMCG/Manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.The incumbent should be experienced in stock reconciliations, must be figure-oriented, and have the ability to investigate and solve problems.Preferably, the candidate must present a good knowledge of ERP, Business Central (BC), and have knowledge of the Chep portfolio system.
