Details of the offer

Main Responsibilities:Procuring goods from different locations for various markets.Regular interaction with multiple suppliers.Managing order allocations.Providing support in procurement activities.Handling cross-border sales.Creating international Purchase Orders.Coordinating with suppliers and supporting various departments.Updating daily database report before close of business.Utilizing Mail Chimp for store promotions and deals.Preparing reports on unsold items with or without cost breakdowns.Compiling and sharing import statistics and weekly reports as needed.Proficiency in Syspro, Outlook, Expedite, and Excel for managing emails and tasks.Assisting with requested reports by Managers/Directors.Fulfilling any tasks assigned by the Managing Director, Procurement Director, or Commercial Director.Undertaking any other relevant duties as instructed by the Employer when necessary.Minimum Requirements:High school diploma.Relevant higher education qualification.Prior experience in procurement or administrative positions.Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications.Past relevant experience is a plus.Key Skills:Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Effective networking and relationship-building abilities.Capable in negotiation and conducting research.Positive mindset and attitude.Good organizational and communication proficiencies.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.Aptitude for handling pressure and meeting deadlines.Attention to detail and swift task execution.Proficient in problem-solving.Exhibits professional demeanor.Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.Skilled in time management, multitasking, and proactive behavior.Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive in approach.
