Competencies and Requirements Matric with a relevant diploma or tertiary business qualification preferred.Several (4-5 years) relevant experience in a finance related function with exposure preferably to invoicing, quotations, customers and sales, in the Manufacturing or FMCG environment highly recommendedUse of initiative, strong drive to achieve results with a sense of urgencyHighly attentive to detail and maintains high personal work standardsDisplay honesty, integrity and can maintain a code of confidentiality where sensitive issues are handled for management.Able to build rapport and relationships with Customers and staff at all levelsWillingness to engage in continuous learning,Customer orientation: willingness to assist others and go the extra mileExcellent planning and organizing skills, with an ability to prioritiseDisplays good Analytical ability and problem solving skillsWell developed financial acumen, with a flair for generating accurate figures.Must have be able to be assertive, listen and accept responsibility when negative feedback, errors and issues from internal staff and customers are raised, even if not of own doing, and engage in a positive and constructive manner to rectify the situation.Must have a valid drivers licenseKnowledgeHighly proficient at using Pastel Evolution or Partner advantageousHighly proficient with using MS Office, displays advanced Excel and powerpoint skills.Knowledge and experience with Invoicing and Quotation systems as well as basic business management procedures and processes.
