IntroductionOur client in the car manufacturing industry is looking for a Fleet Procurement Administrator.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs a Fleet Procurement Administrator, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the fleet procurement budget strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing and delivery of vehicles. You will assist and provide input for the annual Vehicle Procurement Planning and Capex Budgeting. Regular engagements and updates with Operations and Finance around Vehicles, Orders, amendments, and distribution changes. Liaise with operations and the Original Equipment Manufacturer for the vehicle delivery date.This role will allow you to build valuable relationships with industry professionals and vendors, accessing opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Desired Experience & QualificationRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Financial Management.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Procurement Controller.Minimum 2 years of experience in budgeting and financial management.Minimum 2 years of experience in the motor industry.Familiarity with Sage software.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.If you're eager to elevate your career path, then take the next step by applying for the Fleet Procurement Administrator position.
