Procurement Admin ManagerDatacentrix is looking for a Procurement Admin Manager for a short term contract. Must have people management experience. The Procurement Admin Manager will be responsible for coordination of all projects related to Procurement and Administration departments and management of the Item Code Administration function. Engagement with Sales and Services Business Units on queries, reports, reconciliations and suggested corrective and preventative actions. Query resolutions and reconciliation to resolve. Strict enforcement of Company Policy.Qualifications and Experience:Matric / Grade 12 plus Certificate/Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain ManagementMS Office knowledge and experienceProcurement, Document Management and AdministrationEXCO and Holdings reporting and presentationsManagement of multiple departments and functionsItem Code AdministrationSHEQ experience, ISO9001/14001/45001Identifying and providing internal trainingEnd to end large project managementKey Performance Areas:Item Code Administration and Document ManagementOLA Management: Processing all required transactions, managing probable exceptions to stay in OLAStaff Management: Goal settings and KPI Management, Performance appraisals, employee engagement, collate and implement internal and external training.Performance Management: EXCO, Management, Operational, Statistical and Analytical reporting. Enforcement and maintaining all relevant policies and procedures. Vendor and Contractor Management, including KPI measurement and meetingsProcess Management: Document control and storage aligned to policySHEQ compliance: ISO9001:2015/ISO14001:2015/ISO45001:2018, Completion of departmental objectives, actions and risk registers, Root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action, Participation in annual accreditation, surveillance and process audits
