We are the world's leading primary producer of PGMs, which have a range of specialised applications that improve lives across the world, from vehicle fuel cells to jewellery; dentistry to glassmaking; pacemakers to petroleum refining.Job DescriptionYour day-to-day duties will include:Monitoring and inspecting the safety condition of the equipment and liaising with EngineersCarrying out basic operational procedures as requiredMonitoring start and stop equipment where required and completing safety inspectionsProviding assistance in breakdowns and supporting the teamPerforming inspections on equipmentThis role is in the Processing Department and is at a B2 Level reporting to the Process Supervisor.QualificationsYou will need:Grade 12/N3 equivalent to NQF 4 with Maths, Science and English - Please attach certificateExperience:Preferably – basic knowledge of Mototolo Concentrator plantSkills and KnowledgeMedical fitness certificateValid driving license code 08 – advantageousAdditional InformationWhat we offerWhen you join Anglo American, you can expect to enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package.
