Process Technologist - Saldanha

A leading consumer goods manufacturing company based in Saldanha, Western Cape, is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Process Technologist to join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of our manufacturing processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes to improve product quality and production efficiency.Monitor and analyze production operations to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.Conduct trials and experiments to test new processes and technologies.Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all manufacturing processes.Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure consistent execution of processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.Strong technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.Experience with process design and optimization techniques.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
