Installation & Commissioning: You will have to travel to sites in and around India, South East Asia, Africa, and the Middle East for installation and commissioning activities whenever necessary.
You will have to travel to various sites for short-term as well as long-term deputation in Asia for site safety supervision and implementation whenever necessary.
Design and Engineering: Process design and detailed engineering functions associated with our Food and Beverage Projects.
Role also includes involvement in supply chain management, procurement, and training.
Project Delivery: In addition to your design and engineering role, you will have responsibilities associated with the delivery of specific projects.
This will include project management, design input, and specific client relationship management.
Role & Responsibilities: The Process Manager is expected to work independently on small and medium-sized projects.
He will have overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of a project.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities: Planning and defining scope Activity planning and sequencing Resource planning Developing schedules Time estimating Cost estimating Developing a budget Documentation Creating charts and schedules Risk analysis Monitoring and reporting progress Team leadership Working with vendors and contract management Controlling quality Qualifications: Chemical engineering graduate with 8-10 years of experience in the required industry and good communication skills, or a candidate with practical knowledge and good working experience in the relevant industry and good communication skills.
Since the work demands understanding of specific aspects of food & beverage and healthcare processes, candidates with relevant backgrounds may be preferred.
Preference: Position requires experience in process design, working knowledge of the beverage and healthcare industry, and a good understanding of project management.
Experience working with MS Project.
Understanding of project management techniques and procedures involved.
