Process Leader (Talent Pipeline)ResponsibilitiesAchieve daily volume targets through mean time to repair and mean time between failures by proactively managing and initiating.Identify non-conformances, provide all customer concerns to the associates, initiate problem solving, and implement robust solutions.Ensure process adherence, optimize and monitor core processes to ensure stability and continuous improvement.Manage and achieve allocated section budget as cost per unit target for the section to remain profitable and cost-effective.Ensure a healthy and safe environment through enforcing compliance to IMS requirements.Daily implementation of work organization within areas of responsibility to drive effective communication within the production system.Effectively manage teams by timely completing daily administrative tasks (time management, leave planning, payroll queries, shift allocations) to ensure a satisfied and productive workforce.QualificationsDegree or diploma in Production / Engineering or equivalent.Leadership/Management qualifications would be an advantage.Minimum 3 years automotive/manufacturing industry experience.Minimum 2 years technology-specific experience would be an advantage.Minimum 2 years people management experience.Deciding and Initiating Action.Leading and Supervising.Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations.Coping with Pressures and Setbacks.Analysing.Planning and Organising.Please attach all supporting documents when applying.
