Process / Industrial Engineer

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Degree in Industrial Engineering
Recent graduate or ±2 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer
Experience in the retail industry is a plus
Project management experience
Familiarity with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage
Advanced computer skills (Google Workspace, Looker Studio, SQL)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
South African citizenship

Duties would be but not limited to:

Develop and present business cases
Lead and manage supply chain projects
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Map and develop processes for effective data management
Create standard operating procedures (SOP's) for optimal business and system integration
Provide operational support by compiling, coordinating and publishing reports
Handle ad hoc duties and projects as required
