Our client is committed to delivering high-quality products and is seeking an experienced individual to lead process development and formulation activities.ResponsibilitiesLead process development and optimization for new and existing productsFormulate and test new products based on customer requirements and market trendsOversee scale-up and transfer of formulations to productionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launchesConduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for product developmentMonitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiencyStay updated on industry trends and advancements in formulation and process technologyProvide technical support and training to production teamsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related fieldPrior experience (5+ years) in process development and formulation in the FMCG industryStrong knowledge of formulation techniques and process optimizationExperience in product scale-up and transfer to productionExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teamsKnowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standardsExperience with formulation software and tools is a plusBenefitsSalary: negotiableOur client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experienceContact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
