A well-known Automotive company in Rosslyn is seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join their team.
Position Overview:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and a passion for optimizing processes.You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.Design and implement process changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Conduct root cause analysis for process-related issues and develop solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless process integration.Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to monitor process performance and identify trends.Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.Conduct training for production staff on new processes and technologies.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in process engineering.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3 – 5 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in process simulation software and data analysis tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.If you have a passion for the food industry, a strong management background, and the ability to drive results across multiple departments, we want to hear from you!
