Process Engineer

DescriptionRPO Recruitment's client is currently seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our client's team in Centurion. Our client, a reputable company in the manufacturing industry, is dedicated to delivering high-quality products while optimizing their production processes.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.Analyze data and conduct tests to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.Participate in the selection and implementation of new equipment and technologies.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions.Train and mentor production personnel on process improvements and best practices.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in process engineering.All documentation, facilities, process and qualifications to be weighed in accordance with OEM and NADCAP.Form part of the MFT for APQP (PFMEA).RequirementsB-Tech or B Eng (Mechanical or Chemical engineering).Prior experience (3 - 5 Years) in Surface treatment manufacturing processes, including processes such as chemical treatment and paint.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment.Above average computer literacy.Proficiency in process optimization and improvement techniques.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.Experience with process simulation software is a plus.BenefitsSalary: negotiable.Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity).Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable).Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.We will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
