PROCESS CONTROLLER X2 DIRECTORATE: INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES
Task Level 7: R 203 328 to R 263 928 (Basic Salary) R 344 636 to R 423 088 (Total Cost to Council Package)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

1-2 Years relevant experience required
Grade 12 or relevant post matric qualification preferably a NTC 3 in Water Treatment or Waste Water Treatment
Trade related qualification: Operators certificate/ Waste Water Treatment practices (N3)
Code EB Driver's License

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Perform analysis on drinking water, waste water, reverse osmosis plant, desalination, springs and ground water
Monitor and verify good working order of various aspects of the water and wastewater purification and reticulation process
Perform specific administrative tasks/ activities associated with the functionality and reporting malfunctions (defects)
General maintenance, cleaning and tidying of work area
Co-ordinate work to be performed and guide the activities of subordinate
Adhere to all safety and health practices and promote good housekeeping on an ongoing basis
