Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process and Formulation Lead to join our client's team in the Food & Beverage industry. As the Process and Formulation Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the formulation and process development activities for new product development and existing product improvements.You will be reporting to the Recipe Management Team leader and be responsible for internal recipe optimization on existing recipes due to: raw material reworks, cost reduction, alternative suppliers, slow moving stock etc. You will be involved in facilitating recipe transfers from Germany into the local production site.
