FAIS AffectedJob PurposeTo work with business and projects to identify areas where business processes and performance can be developed or improved. The aim is to apply business process principles in the analysis of As Is business operations and the creation of the To Be business operating models and business process artefacts. Support and manage process governance according to the Nedbank process governance framework.
Job ResponsibilitiesProactively plan process deliverables based on relevant project delivery methodDesign and execute process improvement initiatives, taking responsibility for individual delivery in terms of quality, scope and timeIndependently participate in As Is and To Be discovery, analysis and design using relevant analysis techniquesManage process review tool in line with Nedbank process governance frameworkReport on material and non-material status by working with business process custodians, business owners, and risk managementScoping and mapping of work required for changes to reviewed existing processesSupport and maintain the Wealth management process libraryARIS gatekeeping for team process production releasesAssist in business value & ROI assessmentAssist in the implementation of performance measurementsUnderstanding of process and workflow streamlining, problem resolution, change management, rules capture and rules codingContribute to value chain analysis (cross-functional process mapping) and linking business strategy to process architectureUnderstand process improvement & Enterprise Architecture frameworksUnderstand process measurements focusing on what metrics to capture and how to capture them in the processUnderstand when and how to use simulation to measure performance improvementUnderstand and apply industry and company change management policies and practices to process initiativesUnderstand and utilise facilitation capabilities to plan and manage the stakeholder transformationCollaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including other Nedbank clustersJob Responsibilities ContinueIdentify training needs for business operation changes and obtain and schedule training and competency testingDevelop communication plans that will facilitate the planned changesProvide progress reports to relevant stakeholdersAbility to use BPM related tools including project planning and trackingUnderstand how BPMS and RPA tools are used and where necessary provide recommendationsUnderstand big data concepts and how it will be used for research, customer experience management, and information miningAbility to work with the data architects to define dataflow, data transformation, interface needs, and sources for all informationAbility to review project plans and help the project manager define technology needsAbility to work with the solution project manager and IT to determine the best approach for the technical support side of a solutionAble to apply Nedbank process methods and practices on process initiativesUnderstand the required risk controls within the risk appetite within their customer domainPeople SpecificationEssential Qualifications - NQF LevelAdvanced Diplomas/National 1st DegreesPreferred QualificationEssential CertificationsPreferred CertificationsLEAN/ SIX SIGMA - Yellow belt / CBPP/ Business Analysis
