Job Summary:The PAM Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the PAM support team, ensuring that all CyberArk PAM solutions are effectively managed and maintained. This role involves leadership, strategic planning, and ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance are met.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of PAM professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of PAM services, including monitoring, incident management, and compliance with security policies.Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of PAM services, including identifying opportunities for automation, process optimization, and enhanced security measures.Escalation Management: Act as the primary escalation point for complex PAM issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems promptly.Policy and Standards Development: Establish and enforce PAM policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational security objectives.Reporting and Metrics: Monitor and report on the performance of PAM services, including KPIs related to system uptime, incident response times, and user satisfaction.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand their PAM needs, provide updates, and gather feedback for service improvement.Qualifications:Certifications: CyberArk Guardian Certification (GUARD) and CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE-Access).Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in PAM operations or a related leadership role, with proven experience managing a team.Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.Skills:Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development, motivation, and performance management.Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CyberArk technologies and a broad understanding of IT security principles.Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical skills for identifying trends, assessing risks, and making data-driven decisions.Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Team performance metrics, including response times and issue resolution rates.Compliance with security policies and standards.Stakeholder satisfaction with PAM services.Job Type: Full-time
