Having travelled far and wide across many borders of Europe, Asia and USA, the family are accustomed to eating out at Michelin-Starred establishments, superior / luxurious 5 & 6-star hotels and wining and dining with top corporates and high-profile guests.

are in search of an extremely talented and passionate
SOUS CHEF / PRIVATE CHEF
to independently prepare, plate and serve daily ultra-detailed fine dining meals for VIP guests at the Main Villa and PRIVATE RESIDENCE at this luxury estate. In addition to working at the owners Residence & Villa, the chef will also be required to assist the Estate Head Chef with carefully prepared and crafted lunches and dinners in front of Cottage Guests along with the Butler and Estate Sommelier. The menus change daily and are all exceptionally well plated with multiple components highlighting several culinary skills and production techniques used.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 4 - 5 years industry experience within Fine Dining / Top 10 Eat Out establishments
Culinary strengths in Hot & Cold Kitchen with experience in plating of multiple components
Must be adaptable to working off different menus and innovative in utilizing ingredients
Effective communication skills and proficient in English & an outgoing personality - to liaise directly with guests in establishing meal preferences for all meals
Must be comfortable creating new dishes with SEVERAL detailed plating components and INNOVATIVE garnish ideas.
Must demonstrate good planning skills, be well organized and work efficiently and hygienically.
