Job DescriptionTo deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation, and overall protection tactics to increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles.
Advisor Academy role: Are you a driven individual with 18 months of experience in the financial industry? FNB is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Private Banker Academy! This 3-6 months training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a fully-fledged Private Advisor, servicing our Private Banking Advisory Clients. Successful candidates will be placed within the business on a permanent basis, forming part of our talent pipeline.
Goal: Improvement on the lives of customers through simple, effective solutions that meet their needs. Identify and utilize opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets.
