Job Description
As a Principal Analyst: Collections Systems, your role entails implementing and modifying various elements of the collections system, including the user interface, integrations, interfaces, data flow, etc. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing collection and recoveries decision-making processes, as well as developing the decision engine and integrating related tools.KEY RESULT AREAS Responsible for management and support of the collection system. Implementation of collection and recoveries strategy in the collection system and / or applicable decisions engine. Test collection and recoveries strategy implementation; oversee deployment of changes to production. Leverage expert use of data in order to inform strategies and monitor performance of segments, strategies, A/B tests. Create, update and maintain data products for managerial, reporting and analytical use. Drive defining, implementing and updating of the decision engine for collection purposes. Mentor and guide senior and junior analysts. ROLE REQUIREMENTS BSC. Computer Science or related qualification. Masters level is advantageous. Minimum of 10 years experience with decisions and / or collections systems in banking / financial services industries. AWS Experience is required, including: S3, Redshift / RDS, API Gateway. Experience with C&R / FICO Debt Manager and / or FICO Blaze Advisor is highly advantageous. Skills Education Closing Date
